## The honest read

Osvaldo's crew paints, but the jobs customers describe keep spilling past painting. A homeowner in April 2025 handed him a 3,500-square-foot house to get ready for sale: every room painted, wood floors refinished, wall holes patched, plumbing fixed and toilets replaced, doors and light fixtures sorted, landscapers coordinated. A repeat customer writing that same month lists windows replaced, a microwave vent installed, a porch tiled, a deck repaired, exterior siding replaced and drains cleared.

When a bedroom ceiling repaint in August 2026 turned out to need more work than expected, the homeowner wrote that Osvaldo checked in at every step and explained what each stage would take. An October 2025 customer said the job came in on budget, with any extra expense explained and discussed before it was spent. In May 2026 another had a custom media and bookcase room divider built, and described smooth communication from the first conversation through installation.
