A recent customer said Daniel opened his own firm and has handled that customer's extermination needs for about 10 years. One recent customer said Daniel assessed and treated a wasp problem on the first visit, then came back twice to find a bowling-ball-sized nest in the wall, with all three visits covered by one flat fee. He also found a carpenter ant issue, and that customer is now on a quarterly spray plan. When yellow jackets from a nest outside a grandmother's window were getting into her room, a recent customer said the company came out and there are no signs of them anymore. A 2026 customer said Daniel picked up the call on a Sunday in July, showed up that day for a wasp nest on top of the garage door, and followed up a few days later. A 2025 customer said that after another company, Tirminex, did not show for a yellow jacket nest in the siding, Daniel arrived within 45 minutes and returned the following day to inspect. A 2025 customer said Daniel came out on Easter Sunday for a termite swarm in the basement and that no termites had been seen in about four months since. A 2025 customer named Daniel and Rafael as the techs and said the service covered a termite inspection with bait stations, rodent activity, and spiders and crickets in the basement. A recent customer who moved into a home with major rodent issues said there have been no unwelcome visitors since moving in after the renovation. One recent customer said Daniel was clear about how to prep for a cloth moth visit and that it worked after the first visit. A 2026 customer said Daniel found the exact entry point and sealed it himself. A 2025 customer said ants came back in a couple of spots a few weeks after a treatment, and Daniel came back and repeated the service at no extra charge. A 2025 customer said the technician treated for bees and later came back to seal holes for mice free of charge. **Strengths:** - Flat-fee wasp work — a recent customer said three visits came under one fee - Same-day wasp visit — a 2026 customer said Daniel showed up that day - A free re-treatment — a 2025 customer said ants were re-treated at no extra charge - A sealed entry point — a 2026 customer said Daniel sealed it himself ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 5-star average across 131 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=DefendPro%20Pest%20Control&query_place_id=ChIJ5YdkfjHnwokRDCbRCgZbfuY) — “Google: 5★ from 131 ratings” - A recent customer said Daniel opened his own firm after about 10 years of handling that customer's extermination needs _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT200MU0wcFJPV1ZzZVUwM1YwNXNWekJyVkRkdlNWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe67e5b060ad1260c!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOm41M0pROWVseU03V05sVzBrVDdvSVE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I was so happy to hear that Daniel opened his own firm as he’s just the best!!
