The company describes itself as family-owned and locally operated, founded in 1983, and offering full plumbing services to residential, commercial and industrial customers. A customer reached Marco in the evening while he was out to dinner. He fit them in the next morning and fixed a valve issue that was leaking water. A customer called Marco about replacing an outdoor water faucet at their daughter's home in Warwick, and he answered the phone himself. A few days later one of his men arrived on time and did the job, clean up included, at a price that customer called very fair. A customer called Marco on a Monday, and on Wednesday Gabriel and Vinny arrived and installed the toilet and sink, finishing that customer's laundry room and updated bathroom. A 2026 customer said Marco and Bobby came as scheduled, replaced 2 toilets and repaired flow issues on showers and faucets, at pricing that customer called very fair. **Strengths:** - A next-morning valve fix — evening call answered, leaking valve fixed next morning - A two-day turnaround — called Monday, toilet and sink installed Wednesday - A fair faucet price — outdoor faucet replaced on time at a very fair price ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.8 stars from 18 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Delmonico%20%26%20Son%3A%20Plumbing%20and%20Heating&query_place_id=ChIJrzH2nktP5IkRKkiF3PQeBgo) — “Google: 4.8★ from 18 ratings” - Describes itself as family-owned, founded in 1983, offering full plumbing services _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.delmonicoandson.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Delmonico and Son Plumbing & Heating is a family-owned and locally operated company.
