That customer said Dan walked them through each step before demolition began, and that the invoicing was itemized line by line rather than a lump sum. Joe built two custom built-in bookcases in the kitchen, and the customer said Joe, Dan and their team kept a clean job site. The timeline ran slightly past initial expectations, which the customer put down to mistakes on the cabinet company's end. A 2025 customer said Dan and his crew came up with an alternative when an unforeseen issue turned up on their deck project. On a window trim replacement project, a 2025 customer said three windows were replaced entirely along with the trim on further windows, and that Jay, Rob and Ethan also replaced the exterior dryer vent fan and fixed the banister. A 2025 customer said they hired Desimone and Sons Construction to add a sunroom and deck to their house, and that the site was picked up at the end of the day. **Strengths:** - Itemized invoicing — a recent customer said it was itemized line by line - Custom built-in bookcases — a recent customer said Joe built two - Daily site cleanup — a 2025 customer said the site was picked up daily - Deck problem-solving — a 2025 customer said they found an alternative **Concerns:** - Kitchen timeline — ran slightly long; the customer blamed the cabinet company ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said Dan suggested removing a full load-bearing wall during a full kitchen renovation _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pSblNYazFTRVV0UTNKRGJXSXpaMDVsVDI5aGFGRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xcbbde6c29ed22311!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjRnSXk1SEUtQ3JDbWIzZ05lT29haFE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I used Desimone & Sons for a full kitchen renovation, and the experience was nothing short of excellent.
