## The honest read

A 24 ft round above-ground pool, taken down and hauled off: one customer hired D'Fabian Junk Removal & Landscaping for exactly that and said the quote was very reasonable and they stuck to it. Google shows a 5-star rating from 33 ratings.

The core work is removal. One customer said the team arrived early, gave a good price and cleaned out the basement very quickly. One customer said they quickly responded and hauled away everything that was needed. One customer reached Alberis on one call and said he scheduled an appointment on the spot for the same day.

The work goes past hauling. One customer said D'Fabian mowed the lawn and removed all the leaves, and that two neighbors then hired him as well. One customer said the company completed carpentry work and installed a basement floor, and called the pricing very fair and reasonable.

A 2026 customer said Alberis D'Fabian plowed out a walkway in front of two doors during a blizzard and cleared another area so the oil man could reach the fill pipe. A 2026 customer who needed a quick removal from renovations at a new house said he came the next day and the price was fair. A 2025 customer said the work was done quickly and came in lower than the initial estimate.

**Strengths:**
- Above-ground pool removal — a customer said they stuck to the quote
- A basement cleanout — a customer said the team arrived early and worked quickly
- Same-day booking — a customer said Alberis scheduled them on the spot
- Snow clearing — a 2026 customer said he plowed out a walkway
