Dan evaluated the structure, explained the underlying issues and presented options to restore the garage while improving its structural integrity, at a price that customer called fair and competitive. They said the garage is now structurally sound. Dan installed attic pull-down stairs for a recent customer, who said he was punctual and that they felt comfortable leaving him alone in the home for a short time while he continued the job. For a rock sidewalk, a recent customer said Dan accommodated a short window before a party and got it done despite the weather. A 2025 customer said Danny replaced an old bathtub with a stand-up shower and got the job done in a reasonable time. A 2026 customer said Dan showed up on time to do a variety of home improvements and repairs and cleaned up after himself. The company has also plowed: a 2025 customer who needed a plow company last minute said they came right out. **Strengths:** - Garage restoration — a recent customer said the garage is now structurally sound - Attic stair install — a recent customer said Dan was punctual and courteous - Tight deadline — a recent customer's rock sidewalk was done before a party - Tub-to-shower swap — a 2025 customer said it came out great - Last-minute plowing — a 2025 customer said they came right out ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Holds a 5-star Google rating from 17 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=DGM%20Advantage&query_place_id=ChIJkSTWEaLqXmQRvZ3Cmxgo-eI) — “Google: 5★ from 17 ratings” - Repaired and restored an aging garage that other contractors had declined or recommended tearing down _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25oSmVWUm5MVlF6WmpaemFUVjVjblJzYm1sSVMyYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xe2f928189bc29dbd!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnhJeVRnLVQzZjZzaTV5cnRsbmlIS2c%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We hired Dan at DGM Advantage to repair and restore our aging garage after years of deterioration.
