That customer says they always arrived promptly and never left a mess at the end of the day. Diacos Home Improvement describes itself on its website as a local home remodeling contractor that works closely with clients to design and execute each project, from material types to colors and finishes. It holds a 5-star Google rating across 16 ratings. A 2023 customer wrote that they chose John Diaco for a kitchen remodel and that he and his wife, Toni, personally performed the work. That 2023 customer said they came to him through Middleton Building Supply, which supplied several contractors for quotes, and picked him for his clear and accurate quoting process, price and availability. The same 2023 customer said they were on time, cleaned up the job site every day and accommodated a last-minute change that extended the job a few more days. A 2022 customer said John and Toni remodeled a bathroom and still finished quickly after the scope changed following demolition. A 2023 customer had a new tiled shower installed and said John gave a time frame and they finished early; that 2023 customer also mentioned the sub-contractors they hire. A 2023 customer said John guided them to products and stores to pick out tiling and accessories for a bathroom, and that the project took a few days. A 2023 customer said John built custom built-ins for their living room, recommended the cabinet style and butcher block tops, and worked extra to lay out the brick around the fireplace. A 2022 customer hired them to add a dishwasher to an existing kitchen island and to do some flooring, and said John got them a quote and onto his schedule within a month. A 2024 customer said the company completed an interior feature wall, the second project it had done for that household. A 2023 customer said start to finish on a new deck was far quicker than expected.
