A recent Google customer said Mark came out on a Sunday morning to help find out why only half the house had power, and was very detailed when explaining everything. A 2025 customer thanked Mark for adding a circuit breaker for a water tank. A 2025 reviewer said the crew arrived on time and communicated clearly during an electrical service upgrade.

A 2020 customer said Mark came out the same day to fix a main breaker that kept popping, and called the prices very reasonable.
