The company's website lists additions, basements and attics, bathrooms, decks, kitchens, custom cabinetry, porches and custom homes among its work, and it says it has been in business five years. It holds a 4.7-star rating from 51 Google ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. A 2026 customer said Diamond Hill handled their kitchen renovation, with Christian and Becky helping on design and a project manager, Matt, who provided timelines and weekly updates. A 2023 customer said Diamond Hill gutted and remodeled their first floor, with new hardwood flooring, stone tile floors in the bathroom and laundry room, new cabinetry and an enlarged, moved island, and called it the fifth project the company had done for them. A 2023 customer said Diamond Hill Builders replaced 26 windows, the front door, siding, trim and gutters and painted the exterior. A 2024 customer said that after a storm left water pouring in through roof damage, Diamond Hill was the only one of the three companies called to call back, came two days later and made the repair. A 2024 customer said the company did a full basement renovation, converting the space into a mother-in-law suite. A 2023 customer praised the workmanship but said a job they were told would take three months took 18 months, with repeated calls needed to schedule the work, and that the company refused to remove a late fee on the final invoice. A 2022 customer wrote that the company's work led to pipes blowing in the garage, causing major damage. A 2025 customer said they asked for a quote, showed the work they wanted and had not heard back since. A 2021 customer quoted over $100,000 for a screen porch and deck was told a design would cost $3,000, non-refundable, and later thanked Chris for sending pictures of the design. **Strengths:** - A first-floor gut remodel — a 2023 customer described flooring, tile, cabinetry and an island - Weekly project updates — a 2026 customer said project manager Matt provided timelines - Storm roof repair — a 2024 customer said they came two days later **Concerns:** - A long schedule slip — a 2023 customer said three months became 18 months - No call back — a 2025 customer never heard back after a quote visit - Paid design fee — a 2021 customer was told a design costs $3,000, non-refundable - Garage pipe damage — a 2022 customer blamed its work for pipes blowing ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A cleaning business that works alongside Diamond Hill Builders does the final cleaning on its remodels _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25SMExWcElVR0pLZVU1T2JHWXRjRjlzY1RGemVrRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xebb27fe85ad570fb!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnR0LVpIUGJKeU5ObGYtcF9scTFzekE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I work alongside Diamond Hill Builders through my cleaning business and I can honestly say their remodels are phenomenal.
