She says she worked as a senior executive and global project manager for a large multinational before going out on her own, and has now been a builder for more than 23 years. Her company, Dimensions 3D, has been an LLC in Natick since 2007 and takes on custom homes, additions and whole-house renovations, along with kitchens, bathrooms and landscape and hardscape work. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. The Better Business Bureau grades it A+, though the business is not BBB accredited. Givoni describes the company as woman-owned, and herself as one of only a few female licensed general contractors and builders in Massachusetts. It is a small shop — the BBB profile lists one employee, managed by Givoni — so on a custom build or a gut renovation, ask early how the trades are staffed and supervised and who is on site day to day. A homeowner who wants the builder herself running the job, rather than a project manager two steps removed, will find that shape here. Get the scope, schedule and payment milestones in writing, and confirm insurance before work starts. **Strengths:** - Active MA registration — home improvement contractor registration verified active on the state registry - A+ BBB grade — Better Business Bureau rates the Natick builder A+ - Custom builds and additions — custom homes, additions and whole-house renovations - Owner-run since 2007 — Livia Givoni founded and manages the Natick LLC ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#161945) is active _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://contractorhub.mass.gov/s/hic-contractor-search) — “MA hic license 161945 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: DIMENSIONS 3D, LLC.” - An A+ Better Business Bureau grade, though the business is not BBB accredited _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/natick/profile/construction-services/dimensions-3d-llc-0021-477072/addressId/634266) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/natick/profile/construction-services/dimensions-3d-llc-0021-477072/addressId/634266) — “BBB profile for Dimensions 3D, LLC of 20 Pumpkin Pine Rd, Natick, MA: an A+ BBB rating, NOT BBB accredited, file opened 3/22/2019, business …” - A Natick LLC incorporated in 2007, with 18 years in business _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/natick/profile/construction-services/dimensions-3d-llc-0021-477072/addressId/634266) — “BBB profile for Dimensions 3D, LLC of 20 Pumpkin Pine Rd, Natick, MA: an A+ BBB rating, NOT BBB accredited, file opened 3/22/2019, business …” - Builds custom homes, additions and whole-house renovations, plus kitchens, bathrooms and landscape and hardscape work _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “A Natick, MA custom home builder and general contractor founded and owned by Livia Givoni, building custom homes, additions and whole-house …” - Founder Livia Givoni says she has been a builder for more than 23 years, after a career as a corporate executive and global project manager _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “Company history (self-reported): Founded by Livia Givoni, who says she has been a builder for more than 23 years and worked before that as a…” - The company describes itself as woman-owned, founded and owned by Livia Givoni _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “Ownership (self-reported): Founder and owner Livia Givoni, a builder of more than 23 years who describes herself as one of only a few female…” - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “Stated ownership (self-reported): Woman-owned” - The BBB profile lists one employee, managed by Livia Givoni _(confidence: medium)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/natick/profile/construction-services/dimensions-3d-llc-0021-477072/addressId/634266) — “BBB profile for Dimensions 3D, LLC of 20 Pumpkin Pine Rd, Natick, MA: an A+ BBB rating, NOT BBB accredited, file opened 3/22/2019, business …” - Specializes in General Contractor / Remodeling _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “A Natick, MA custom home builder and general contractor founded and owned by Livia Givoni, building custom homes, additions and whole-house …” - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ma/natick/profile/construction-services/dimensions-3d-llc-0021-477072/addressId/634266) — “Services offered (Better Business Bureau): Construction Services” - Also offers Kitchen Remodel _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “A Natick, MA custom home builder and general contractor founded and owned by Livia Givoni, building custom homes, additions and whole-house …” - Also offers Bathroom Remodel _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “A Natick, MA custom home builder and general contractor founded and owned by Livia Givoni, building custom homes, additions and whole-house …” - Also offers Landscaping _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://dimensions3d.com) — “A Natick, MA custom home builder and general contractor founded and owned by Livia Givoni, building custom homes, additions and whole-house …” ## Ownership - Identifies as woman-owned — the business's own statement, not independently verified. ## License Status: **active** (#161945, hic) — verified against the official MA state registry on 2026-08-08, never self-reported.
