A 2025 Google customer with a plugged kitchen drain said they left a voicemail at 8:30 am, got a call back five minutes later, and the technician came out that morning. That 2025 customer wrote that he wore booties in the house, had the drains cleared less than an hour later and then cleaned up, and called the price "extremely reasonable for same day service."
