The customer had been skeptical that the system would work with the huskies and praised Doug and Linda for easy, fast communication. The company advertises professionally installed DogWatch hidden fences using SafeLink FM technology. Its website says the system has no subscription fees or daily charging requirement, and offers free estimates. A March 2023 reviewer said their fence was installed within a week. They singled out Linda for training their dog, Charlie, saying he connected with her immediately and that the training was fun and fast. The customer said Charlie was then enjoying the yard safely. In a May 2022 review, another customer described Linda as flexible and helpful and said their dog could roam the property without a leash. An August 2020 customer described follow-up visits as well as training: Linda answered their questions about the fence system and returned to their home on multiple occasions to adjust the collar or check that their dog was learning. That customer also mentioned Linda’s dog assistant, Rusty, helping with the training. A March 2020 reviewer said Linda explained the product and trained their two dogs, a husky and a Jack Russell/pug, and described the dogs running around the yard safely. **Strengths:** - Installation timing — a March 2023 customer reported installation within a week - Dog training — a March 2023 customer praised Linda’s training with Charlie - Follow-up visits — an August 2020 customer described collar adjustments and training checks - Easy communication — a January 2025 customer praised Doug and Linda’s communication ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company advertises professionally installed DogWatch hidden fences with SafeLink FM technology, no subscription fees and no daily charging. _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://dogwatcheastctwestma.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Professionally installed DogWatch® Hidden Fences keep your pet safely contained with our patented SafeLink®…” - The company’s website offers free estimates. _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://dogwatcheastctwestma.com) — “Stated offer (self-reported): free estimates” - A March 2023 customer said their fence was installed within a week. _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=14004132562218597864&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ Doug and Linda are AMAZING.
