One customer called about a roof leak and said Mike got back to them in about 20 minutes, came out the next day as promised, and inspected the roof and attic. That customer said he took photos of the problem spots, sealed around the flashing, and pointed out rubber gaskets that were dried out and cracked; within a day, the new gaskets were installed and sealed. After hail damaged a roof and cracked three skylights, a customer said Francis arrived quickly and had a roofing crew tarp the skylights to stop more water from getting inside. That customer said Francis worked with their insurance company on items the adjuster missed, and the job covered a new roof, gutters and skylights. A homeowner who needed major roofing and exterior work chose Francis after getting several estimates. That customer said he personally checked the roof, handled prep work and made sure damaged gutter downspouts were replaced, then walked the property with them for a final inspection. The company also takes commercial jobs: a customer with a commercial building said custom metal flashing was needed around key areas, and that the crew started on time and finished the job as scheduled. **Strengths:** - A quick leak response — a customer said Mike replied in about 20 minutes - Hail damage tarping — a customer said a crew tarped cracked skylights right away - Insurance claim help — a customer said Francis worked with their insurance company - A final walkthrough — a customer said Francis walked the property for inspection ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - 4.9-star Google rating from 55 ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Domingo%20Family%20Roofing&query_place_id=ChIJZf2wJYRD5IkRdNY4utdabFI) — “Google: 4.9★ from 55 ratings” - A customer with a roof leak said Mike got back to them in about 20 minutes and came out the next day _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21OeExUYzBTa0Z2V0ZGSldUa3lNbEkzVnpCVmIxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x526c5ad7ba38d674!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmNxLTc0SkFvWFFJWTkyMlI3VzBVb1E%7C%7C?hl=en) — “4★ I called Domingo Family Roofing about a roof leak, and Mike got back to me in about 20 minutes.
