After walking through all 3 apartments and the basement, he said there was a very bad problem and offered to treat everything that day or come back when the customer was ready. The customer said they would love to have it treated that day and to keep the company on a contract for future follow-ups. The company treated all 3 apartments. That customer called the cost very reasonable compared with other companies, which could not come out for an inspection until the next week or the week after, and wrote that the company is located in Providence and works in Newport and the surrounding areas. Dominion says it has been in business 28 years and names North Providence, Johnston, Lincoln, Central Falls, Smithfield, Woonsocket, Cumberland, Pawtucket, East Providence, Barrington and Cranston as its service area. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+. A 2025 customer said that four years earlier, before renting the house out, someone came right away and said it was his business. That 2025 customer said that when they called late at night, he answered, remembered which house they lived at, and was at the house the next morning. A 2024 customer described same-day service for a huge hornets nest on the house, which he sprayed and removed, and called it very inexpensive. **Strengths:** - A same-day appointment — Mr. Perkins came that day for an emergency call - A three-apartment treatment — all 3 apartments treated after a walk-through - A late-night answer — a 2025 customer said he came next morning - A hornets nest — a 2024 customer said he sprayed and removed it - BBB grade — rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Gave an emergency caller an appointment the same day and arrived right on time _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tOMWFHbzBWbVJOZURrNGNYSkVUR3RYYzFocmRWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x18de184b63d01c43!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkN1aGo0VmRNeDk4cXJETGtXc1hrdVE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ When I called Dominion Pest Control and explained the emergency situation I was in Mr. Perkins immediately gave me an appointment “that d…” - Treated all 3 apartments of a Newport, RI customer's building after a walk-through _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tOMWFHbzBWbVJOZURrNGNYSkVUR3RYYzFocmRWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x18de184b63d01c43!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkN1aGo0VmRNeDk4cXJETGtXc1hrdVE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ When I called Dominion Pest Control and explained the emergency situation I was in Mr. Perkins immediately gave me an appointment “that d…” - A customer called the cost very reasonable compared with other companies _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tOMWFHbzBWbVJOZURrNGNYSkVUR3RYYzFocmRWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x18de184b63d01c43!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkN1aGo0VmRNeDk4cXJETGtXc1hrdVE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ When I called Dominion Pest Control and explained the emergency situation I was in Mr. Perkins immediately gave me an appointment “that d…” - A 2025 customer said he answered a late-night call and was at the house the next morning _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21keVRWQm9XVlV6ZVdwRGFtMVBRM1pPTkY4dGFsRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x18de184b63d01c43!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmdyTVBoWVUzeWpDam1PQ3ZONF8talE%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ I bought my house four years ago, and before renting it out, I wanted peace of mind.
