## The honest read

DoorMasters USA handles garage doors, from a whole-door replacement to a dead opener battery.

A recent customer replaced a dented, faded aluminum garage door with an insulated steel door. That customer said the crew showed up on time, worked steadily through the day, helped pick a color that matched the house trim, and hauled away the old door and the packaging.

A recent customer whose opener battery died overnight said they walked them through a temporary fix over the phone, then sent someone out that afternoon to replace the battery.

**Strengths:**
- A full door swap — a recent customer got an insulated steel door, old one hauled
- Same-afternoon opener visit — a recent customer got a phone fix, then a battery replacement
