A recent customer said their redone kitchen turned out beautifully, that they worked with several team members, and that the team was respectful of their budget and did not try to upsell. A 2025 customer said Evelyn was on-site daily during their kitchen update, and that Kim helped them think about color, texture and design combinations. In a 2025 review of a countertop and backsplash project, the customer said Rosanne went with them to choose the quartzite and Shawn was in the kitchen for the installation. A 2025 customer said Dovetail handled the design, cabinetry, hardware and colors of their kitchen, and that they requested toe-kick lighting. A 2024 customer said the company expanded a small kitchen into the next room, a job that involved the removal of two walls. A 2024 customer who was renovating an antique house said they renovated the kitchen and reconfigured a dining room to create a pantry, laundry room, bathroom and reading nook. A 2024 customer said Heather took meticulous measurements and worked in pull-out shelves in the corner cabinets, a pull-out spice rack and a pop-up mixer stand. A 2024 customer wrote of being in love with a new bathroom. Its Better Business Bureau grade is A+.
