A clogged kitchen sink shows how a call can go: the Drain Guy arrived at the house within 30 minutes, found where the clog was in the pipes and got the sink back in working order. Joe cleared the roots from a customer's main sewer on the same day that customer called with the problem. For a pipe running from under a house into the woods that wasn't draining properly, Joe walked the customer through options and costs before ever snaking the pipe. A customer in Hampstead said he showed up in under 10 minutes from his text, replaced the float and fixed the issue in under an hour. A customer whose backed-up kitchen sink Joe fixed said he quickly identified the problem and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The company's stated service area includes Derry, Londonderry, Hampstead, Atkinson, Chester, Danville, Hudson, Litchfield, Merrimack, Bedford, Hooksett, Manchester and Nashua. **Strengths:** - Same-day sewer work — roots cleared from the main sewer the day of the call - Fast arrival — at the house within 30 minutes of the call - Options before work — walked a customer through options and costs first - Kitchen sink clogs — backed-up and clogged sinks cleared ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Says it has 40 years of experience in sewer and drain cleaning _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.drain-guy.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): With 40 years of experience, we deliver top-quality sewer and drain cleaning at fair prices, using the late…” - [Official Website](https://www.drain-guy.com) — “Self-reported 40 years in business” - Cleared a clogged kitchen sink after arriving within 30 minutes of the call _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=16613984767628788590&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I had a clogged kitchen sink that the Drain Guy quickly cleared out.
