One customer's septic backed up on the Friday night of 4th of July weekend. Lorenzo was there till 10:30pm and coordinated with others to fix the problem over the weekend; the fix required making a new access point in the septic tank, and a riser and cover were then added. A customer with a Saturday blockage at the baffle said Lorenzo was out in 2 hours with his coworker Eric. They could not fix it until the tank was drained, so they came back Monday morning, drained the tank and cleared the baffle. A customer with a backed-up leach field had it hydro jetted, got a replacement cap for the distribution box, and said Lorenzo was transparent about the results by way of probe camera and delivered on time and as estimated. The drain work goes beyond the septic tank. A customer whose bathroom sink would not drain said the clog sat well beyond the p trap and was snaked through the pipe to the lower level, and Lorenzo and Eric cleaned everything up thoroughly.
