## The honest read

Drain Surgeon Plumbing & Heating LTD holds a 4-star Google rating from 8 ratings.

A 2025 customer said they contacted the company on a Sunday afternoon about a boiler issue and that it was out at 8AM Monday to diagnose and resolve the issue within a couple of hours. A 2025 customer described a winter storm power outage and said Drain Surgeon ensured their pipes had drained and pumped antifreeze into their heating system pipes. A 2025 reviewer said they had relied on Drain Surgeon for near twenty years and was doing a second big project with the company, relocating a pressure tank. A 2023 customer said Rob and Kevin fixed 3 problems in under 2 hours and wore booties on their shoes on a rainy day.

A 2022 customer said they had to repeatedly ask the company to come back to fix poor workmanship. That 2022 customer wrote that after paying the final invoice they had to fight for several months for the company to come back and finish the job, and that they were ghosted.
