DSJ Landscaping and Hardscaping is a Marshfield crew run by Jose DeSouza, working South Shore yards through the whole year — beds and lawns in season, cleanups in the fall, plowing in the winter. The company also builds the hard parts of a yard: stone walls, walkways, retaining walls, irrigation and drainage, for homes and businesses.

Homeowners describe jobs sized to what they asked for. In June a customer had beds cut and mulched and overgrown bushes pulled, and mentions using the same crew for fall cleanups and snow removal. In May a homeowner who had always done their own landscaping, until two seasons got away from them, said the beds came back better than they had managed themselves.
