Last 6 months: 2 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read Dube Plus takes on big residential jobs: additions, whole-house rebuilds and new homes. A recent Google customer had a large addition built, with a two-car garage, a master bedroom and bathroom above it, a new back deck, and new siding and roof, and said the project was completed in about four months, on time and on budget. That customer wished for better communication around a few decisions, such as where rocks and other materials were left on the property, and felt the project manager could have been more detail-oriented, while saying he was always responsive. A 2026 customer who built a new home with the company said Mark, the project manager, kept everything on track, and that the build stayed on schedule through the winter months. A 2025 customer described a complete gut rebuild of a home built in the 60s & 70s: new walls, doors, windows and HVAC, a remodeled kitchen and four baths, a rebuilt interior staircase, a deck addition and a detached garage. A 2024 customer hired the company after water pipes broke under the floor and left the home unlivable; that customer said Katia worked closely with the insurance company and that the job was completed on time and in budget. A 2022 customer said the company redid their whole home in Hampton, NH during the winter of 2021. In a 2014 Houzz review, a customer described a second-story addition and said the roof started leaking during a severe week of thunderstorms after the old roof was removed. That 2014 customer said the company came up with cement siding as an alternative when the town insisted on a sprinkler system. Its BBB grade is A+, and wmur.com has named Dube Plus Construction as the construction company behind a project. **Strengths:** - A large addition — a recent customer said it finished on time and on budget - A winter build — a 2026 customer said it stayed on schedule - An insurance rebuild — a 2024 customer said it finished on time and in budget **Concerns:** - Some decisions — a recent customer wished for better communication on a few - A roof leak — a 2014 customer said it leaked during thunderstorms ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer said a large addition was completed in about four months, on time and on budget _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2t4RE5FMWhOa1JSWVROc2FUSTVOMFU0UkVzMVRWRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xa590b3b7023f64d8!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkxDNE1hNkRRYTNsaTI5N0U4REs1TVE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Dube Plus.
