## The honest read

Dukes Waste Management & More hauls junk and does property work. On its HomeAdvisor and Angi profiles, Dukes LLC describes itself as providing residential and commercial services in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut, including tree work, junk removal, demolition and snow removal.

A 2026 customer wrote that the project was done in 2 days and done the way they wanted. A 2024 customer said Travis and Todd were friendly, helpful and efficient when they hauled away a mattress and bed frame. A 2019 customer said the company arrived early and was efficient at cleaning out a storage unit. A 2019 customer wrote that Ben emailed promptly and responded to all their questions, and that the removal of almost two decades of accumulated junk, a dump truck full, was quick and careful not to damage anything. That 2019 customer said the cost was a little higher than hoped.

A 2023 Google reviewer said a job estimated at 5-7k ended at 14k and that they were charged for gloves. A 2023 Angi reviewer said the company was supposed to come back to fix some things and push a fence back up and did not, and forgot a flower bed they asked for along the top of a cement retaining wall. A 2021 customer said a job was not completed after they paid $5000 before it was done, and that their calls got hang-ups.

**Strengths:**
- A mattress haul-away — a 2024 customer called Travis and Todd efficient
- A storage unit cleanout — a 2019 customer said they arrived early

**Concerns:**
- An estimate overrun — a 2023 customer said 5-7k became 14k
- Promised return visit — a 2023 customer said the fixes never happened
- An unfinished job — a 2021 customer said they paid $5000 first
