## The honest read

The company describes itself as a family-owned floor business handling installation, refinishing, sanding and repairs, and says it has been at it since 1947.

A 2022 customer said Dave and his team took on the old wood floors of a recently purchased home that were in pretty bad shape, and that they were able to move in in short order. That 2022 customer said the old floors were restored and a section of the kitchen was replaced with new oak. A 2021 reviewer wrote that they were using hardwood flooring from HP Lumber in Stanford Vermont.

**Strengths:**
- Old floor restoration — a 2022 customer said worn wood floors were restored
- A new oak section — a 2022 customer said a kitchen section was replaced
