The written record is thin but specific. A 2020 review describes a client relationship stretching back more than five years, with Mike installing new windows and designing and building a kitchen renovation — the reviewer calls him a trusted go-to contractor. A 2020 Reddit recommendation separately describes him as reliable and fairly priced for garage work and a gutter installation. One thing worth confirming before hiring: the state registry shows his Massachusetts home improvement contractor license is currently expired. For handyman work or a smaller renovation project in the Worcester area, the one detailed account on file is a strong one — just verify current licensing status directly before signing anything. **Strengths:** - Long client relationship — trusted contractor over 5+ years - Renovation range — windows to a full kitchen design-and-build - Reliable, fair pricing — praised for garage and gutter work **Concerns:** - Licence expired — Massachusetts home improvement registration lapsed ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is expired _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://contractorhub.mass.gov/s/hic-contractor-search) — “MA hic license 191159 registry-verified expired — registry holder of record: Michael DuPont” - A client of 5+ years praised him for new windows and a kitchen design-and-build, in a 2020 review _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://maps.google.com/?cid=10884926287054729563&g_mp=CiVnb29nbGUubWFwcy5wbGFjZXMudjEuUGxhY2VzLkdldFBsYWNlEAIYBCAA) — “5★ I have been using Mike as my go to contractor for over 5 years!
