## The honest read

Durable Designs Flooring puts down floors, lays carpet and grinds and coats concrete. Its website lists floor installation, concrete polishing, epoxy garage floor coatings, metallic epoxy, floor repair and carpet installation and repair, offers free estimates, and names a service area that includes Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Derry, Rochester, Merrimack, Bedford, Laconia, Sunapee and New London.

A customer who had a garage floor ground down and seal coated said it was done with very little mess, and named the owner as James Drew. A child care program said James completed polished concrete flooring there and worked around the program's schedule. A customer with carpet work in a new house said James took his time making sure the seams lined up and didn't show in two rooms over 20 feet.

One reviewer wrote that the company is part of their team of subcontractors, with work running from tile showers to flooring and concrete refinishing. A customer said James gave recommendations they went with and was spot on with scheduling and price. A customer who loves the new floors said the job was done quickly, praised the price and wrote that there was no more white dust.

**Strengths:**
- Carpet seam alignment — a customer said James lined up seams in long rooms
- Schedule flexibility — a child care program said James worked around its schedule
- Low-mess garage coating — a customer said the grind and seal left little mess
