## The honest read

Dyer Energy LLC says on its website that it has been family owned and operated since 1980 and is located in Raynham, Massachusetts, serving South Eastern Massachusetts. The website lists its service area as Raynham, Lakeville, Middleboro, Berkley, Dighton, Rehoboth, Easton, Bridgewater, East Bridgewater, Taunton and Norton, and it states that it offers 24/7 emergency service.

Its one Google rating is 1 star. In a 2023 Google review, the writer said Dyer Energy left the writer and the writer's kids with no oil in winter a few years before, did not use the fuel assistance it should have, and, after a few days, delivered 100 gallons with a bill the writer could not afford on a set income. The same 2023 review says the company tried to get the writer arrested over 400 dollars it had made a mistake on twice, and that Debbie, who works at Dyer Energy, was extremely rude every time they spoke.

**Concerns:**
- No oil in winter — a 2023 review says it left the writer and kids without oil
- Arrest over billing — a 2023 review says it sought the writer's arrest over $400
- Rudeness complaint — a 2023 review says Debbie at Dyer Energy was rude
