The company says it has been in business 22 years. One customer said the company handled the permitting and inspection scheduling, and described a deck six feet off the ground whose beams, posts and joists are ground-contact rated wood. A customer with a three-tier deck and roof deck called the project very challenging and said Marc responded to questions in a timely manner. A customer said the workers stained a deck whose old stain had weathered unevenly, and that the whole deck is now one color. A customer who gave four stars said a medical issue with the installer left them finding their own company to install doors to the deck, that two gates on the lower pool deck have had latching issues since installation, and that over 20 deck screw holes were left unfilled. A 2026 customer said the owner, Marc, asked what they wanted without a hard sell, and that they (mostly Bobby) removed an 18 year old pressure-treated deck and replaced it with a Fiberon composite deck in the middle of December, along with sections of rotting trim. A 2025 customer said the company built a three season room and a new deck, with Bobby as the primary builder. A 2025 customer said a screened-in porch was built during some of the coldest days of the year and completed in 2-3 weeks. A 2024 customer gave three stars for a wood deck refinishing: one person was sent for a large job that took longer than it could have, they had to follow up multiple times with the supervisor on timing, and some of the new pieces had divots. A 2024 customer said Marc and his team replaced all their windows and siding, and that Marc customized corner trim to match a look they had seen. A 2024 customer wrote: "Book early because they're very busy." **Strengths:** - Permits handled — a customer said they scheduled permitting and inspections - Composite deck replacement — a 2026 customer described a Fiberon deck replacing an old one - Price as quoted — a customer said there were no surprises on price **Concerns:** - Punch-list details — a customer cited gate latching issues and unfilled screw holes - A one-person job — a 2024 customer said one worker handled a large refinishing ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Lists custom deck installation, dry deck systems, deck restoration, screen rooms, sunrooms, pergolas and porches on its own site _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://www.dynamicdecksolutions.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): WHAT WE DO CUSTOM DECK INSTALLATION DRY DECK SYSTEMS DECK LIGHTING DECK RESTORATION & POWER WASHING SCREEN …” - Says it has been in business 22 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.dynamicdecksolutions.com) — “Self-reported 22 years in business” - A customer said the company handled permitting and inspection scheduling for a deck built with ground-contact rated framing _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21Ob1ZFczFORkpEWDNSWVIwdHRSWEpUWVhRek5YYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x89fd22156ceb7ad7!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmNoVEs1NFJDX3RYR0ttRXJTYXQzNXc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We couldn’t be happier with our deck and experience with Dynamic Deck Solutions!
