A recent customer in their first winter with the company said that when the furnace had a problem in very cold weather, they came out after hours and sent a technician, and the customer had heat that night; the same customer praised Jessica, who runs the office. A 2026 customer wrote that, after seeing the tank just below a quarter the day before a big snowstorm, they messaged the company that night on a weekend and got a reply right away; with 2 ft of snow the company could not come the next day, but got there first thing in the morning. A 2026 customer said the owner was able to deliver their oil during a snow storm. A 2026 customer said owner Tom tried to deliver as quickly as possible, even during the busy season and snow storms. A 2026 customer said the owner had bailed them out many times in both Woodbury and Southbury. The Better Business Bureau grades the company A+. A 2026 customer said a Monday delivery was agreed by phone on a Saturday, but the promised call to confirm the card number never came, and no one responded to a call before 4:30 pm that Monday. **Strengths:** - After-hours furnace call — a recent customer had heat the same night - Snowstorm delivery — a 2026 customer said the owner delivered during a storm - A weekend reply — a 2026 customer got a quick answer before a storm **Concerns:** - A missed callback — a 2026 customer said a confirmation call never came ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Offers fuel oil delivery, per its Better Business Bureau profile _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/bethlehem/profile/fuel-oil/eagle-oil-llc-0111-18000181) — “About (Better Business Bureau, self-described): Eagle Oil LLC offers fuel oil delivery” - A recent customer said the company came out after hours for a furnace problem and they had heat that night _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT210UFpqbE1ZVFZYTUhkV1ExaFJORXhSWDFVMlluYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x384afd637bb30640!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmtPZjlMYTVXMHdWQ1hRNExRX1U2Ync%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ This was my first winter using Eagle Oil.
