That customer says Gregg does a "soft wash" on siding, then applies a coating that helps slow mold and mildew from growing back. The same customer says he will take on spot jobs, such as the one side of a home that keeps collecting mildew, and that he asks customers who are home to come out and look at the work before he leaves. A 2026 customer said Greg explained how a roof soft wash would work and gave a very affordable estimate along with several available dates. A 2025 customer said Greg had an entire property looking better just in time to list it for sale. That 2025 customer said Greg also fit them in right away at their new home when their insurance company threatened to cancel the policy over moss on the shed roof. A 2025 customer said the company was quick to come out and quote a house washing, and was pleased with the finished result. **Strengths:** - Soft wash siding — a recent customer says a coating then slows mildew regrowth - Owner on site — a recent customer says Gregg is the man on the job - A quick fit-in — a 2025 customer said Greg came right away over shed-roof moss - A clear estimate — a 2026 customer said Greg explained the roof soft wash ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A recent customer describes Gregg as a sole proprietor who is the owner and the man on the job site _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xodllWSk9kR1ZZWm5Ock9IaHViVUZRYW5WUVgxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x7a88c9e7ec4a1ac5!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlhvYVJOdGVYZnNrOHhubUFQanVQX1E%7C%7C?hl=en) — “5★ Have been using Gregg & his services for at least a decade!
