A 2021 customer with an old house in Cranston said there were a lot of asbestos-covered pipes in the basement, including in two hard-to-reach crawl spaces, and that Steve and his team did the abatement. The same 2021 customer wrote that if you came down to that basement now, you would doubt there had ever been asbestos.

A 2021 customer who placed the request through Homeserve said Steve, the company owner, discussed the job over the phone and quoted a price, then arrived with Tony two days later. In that 2021 account, Tony wrapped and removed the asbestos while dressed in a protective suit and mask, and vacuumed the area.
