## The honest read

Eastcoast Softwash washes houses, roofs and decks. Its website describes residential and commercial pressure washing and soft washing throughout Seacoast New Hampshire and Southeastern Maine, and on Google it holds 64 ratings averaging 5 stars.

A recent customer named Nick as the owner and said he soft washed the home and fence and cleaned debris out of the gutters. One recent customer described a whole-house job with a roof treatment, two patios, brick and a neglected shed, and called the price very competitive. A customer whose home sits among pine trees on the water said he spent 4 hours cleaning the siding, clearing gutters and taking the debris off the roof, plus 3 decks. A recent reviewer said he also softwashed an old, gray deck on the back of the house as a surprise.

A 2025 customer said Nick came the same day they called to give an estimate and did the job the very next day. A 2025 customer who lives 2 hours away hired him sight unseen for a mother's house in Rollinsford and said he sent pictures of the progress.

**Strengths:**
- A full exterior wash — house, gutters and roof cleaned on one recent job
- A fair quote — a recent customer called the quote more than fair
- A same-day estimate — a 2025 customer said Nick came the day they called
