The theme that repeats across the record is speed on stinging-insect emergencies. A hornet nest near a church came down within 24 hours of a "frantic call" ahead of an outdoor event. In a 2023 review, a homeowner described a quick response from a technician named Bob after some emailed photos of a nest, with scheduling handled fast. A more recent review describes a large hornet nest cleared and the work explained afterward on the spot.

A few accounts also point to restraint rather than upselling: in a 2022 review, a customer described a technician who found no evidence of roaches, set sticky traps instead of treating, and said he'd only exterminate if more turned up.
