A 2023 Google reviewer called the business unreliable and warned that he might walk out in the middle of a project if prepaid. A 2023 Google reviewer said it completed projects on time and that they would use it again. **Strengths:** - On-time projects — a 2023 reviewer said projects were completed on time **Concerns:** - Unmade fixes — a 2023 reviewer said promised fixes went undone after payment - Mid-project walkout — a 2023 reviewer warned he might leave if prepaid ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2023 reviewer was happy overall with a cabinet and flooring installation in a mobile home project _(confidence: low)_ - [BuildZoom](https://www.buildzoom.com/contractor/edward-a-leclair-carpentry) — “1★ Client be ware.
