Its website lists interior and exterior painting, deck staining, drywall repair, cabinet painting and flooring, and the company says it has been in business 17 years. One recent customer said Eddie refinished their entire deck and did some small downspout gutter work, and that his crew tidied up before going home each day. A recent apartment renovation for a returning customer covered tiling, painting, chandelier installation and a powder room remodel, and that customer said the team kept to the agreed timeline. A recent customer said they painted and repaired a lot of wood framing in the house. A 2026 customer said a previous contractor had left two bathrooms and a utility room unfinished, and that Eddie's team regrouted tile, patched holes around pipes and repainted walls and ceilings. A 2025 customer said several rooms were painted and Eddie did tiling and finishing work in the basement. In a 2024 review, a customer said Eddie Pro provided exterior painting on their 100 year old house. A 2023 customer wrote that the household had used the company for 12 years for indoor and outdoor painting, repairing rotting window sills and power washing. A 2024 customer had a bad experience: they said the work van leaked motor oil on their driveway, and that Eddie said he would clean it up but then stopped answering the phone. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0622824, held by Eddie's Painting Company LLC, as expired. **Strengths:** - Exterior painting — a 2024 customer described painting their 100 year old house - Deck refinishing — a recent customer said Eddie refinished their entire deck - A tidy job site — a recent customer said his crew tidied up daily **Concerns:** - Oil on a driveway — a 2024 customer said calls stopped after a van leak ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company says it has been in business 17 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://eddiepropainting.com) — “Self-reported 17 years in business” - Its website lists interior and exterior painting, deck staining, drywall repair, cabinet painting and flooring _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://eddiepropainting.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): ServicesPainting ServicesExterior PaintingInterior PaintingDeck PaintingFence PaintingDeck StainingDrywall …” - A recent customer said Eddie refinished their entire deck and his crew tidied up each day _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2xFNU9XTkVSMDVDWTFwWGVFNUtVSGRSVTFZM2JFRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xec2734a7f1f30a25!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOlE5OWNER05CY1pXeE5KUHdRU1Y3bEE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Eddie refinished my entire deck (huge job) and also did some small downspouts gutter work for me.
