When a Guilford, CT customer asked it about a mini-split, the technician walked through a detailed comparison of a mini-split against a full system with air handlers and ductwork, and the customer chose a Bosch heat pump system, writing that the installation team arrived on time every day and finished exactly on schedule.

On Google it holds 4.8 stars from 605 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A customer who called at 7 pm had a tech at the house by 8 PM, with the repair part on the truck. Ramon found a geothermal A/C problem, a condensate overflow tank not emptying, and fixed it in about half an hour, a customer wrote. Andrew C came out after hours to fix two HVAC units that had been turned off during a duct cleaning by a different company, and that customer decided to switch their contract to Edgerton.
