## The honest read

A customer’s July 2018 follow-up review of Edwards Flooring described a floor corner cracking after about six months despite little foot traffic. The customer also reported humidity coming up from beneath the floor as summer began. They said the office stopped responding when they requested a follow-up inspection.

The reviewer said they had told the worker about their young son’s severe allergy-related eczema before these problems arose. They described the cracked corner as being in the middle of his bedroom and believed the humidity was harming him. These were the customer’s allegations in that 2018 account.
