Last 6 months: 5 reviews, 0 negative. ## The honest read On its BBB page the business describes itself as providing heating and plumbing installation and repair, and its website says it works with oil, natural gas and propane systems. Adam Joseph Edwards holds New Hampshire hvac licence GFE0700763, active on the state registry. A recent customer with a completely clogged kitchen sink said Adam spent close to a half hour on the phone, across two calls, guiding them to clear it themselves, and refused a consulting fee. A recent reviewer said that over the past five years Adam replaced their water heater, fixed heating and AC issues, including an old AC unit he had to source parts for, and stopped a slow leak. A recent customer needing a leaking washing-machine water valve replaced said he got them on his schedule within a week and finished the job in 20 minutes. A recent customer said Adam called almost immediately and was there within two days to repair an irrigation valve, at what they called fair and honest pricing. In a 2026 review, a customer said Adam, the owner, spent nearly the entire day on an emergency plumbing/HVAC issue until it was fully resolved, and called the emergency service fee very reasonable. A 2026 customer with a restaurant hand-washing sink that would not stop running said Adam first walked them through a possible fix over the phone, then came out, identified the issue and had it fixed within a couple days. A 2025 customer said a plumbing company had tried to sell them a brand new heating system; Adam maintained the furnace and saw no evidence that the entire system needed replacing. That 2025 customer said he also added an outside hose faucet as a last-minute request. A 2025 customer with a fitness studio said he showed up within 30 minutes for a shower issue and it was fixed in under 5 minutes. One BBB reviewer called the experience a rip-off. **Strengths:** - Phone troubleshooting — a recent customer was guided to clear a clog themselves - A quick valve swap — a recent customer said the job took 20 minutes - Furnace second opinion — a 2025 customer said replacement was not shown necessary - Active hvac licence — Adam Joseph Edwards, on the state registry **Concerns:** - A rip-off complaint — one BBB reviewer said they were ripped off ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Adam Joseph Edwards holds New Hampshire hvac licence GFE0700763, active on the state registry _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://forms.nh.gov/licenseverification/) — “NH hvac license GFE0700763 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: Adam Joseph Edwards” - Describes itself as providing heating and plumbing installation and repair _(confidence: medium)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/concord/profile/residential-air-conditioning-contractors/edwards-plumbing-0051-92047188) — “About (Better Business Bureau, self-described): Edwards Plumbing provides heating and plumbing installation and repair.” - Its website says it works with oil, natural gas and propane systems _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://drainsurgeonmd.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Our expert Emergency Technicians are available 24 Hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year to attend to your p…” - A recent customer said Adam guided them by phone to clear a clogged kitchen sink themselves and refused a consulting fee _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT21KTWREZEJia3BTTTB3MWNEUnFSV0l5WXpaelduYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x97599e14c0ea63d2!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOmJMdDdBbkpSM0w1cDRqRWIyYzZzWnc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had a completely clogged kitchen sink, and called Adam based on outstanding Google and Yelp reviews.
