The company's site lists egress installation, basement walkouts, waterproofing and mason work among its services, and says it has been in business 35 years. A recent customer said Carlos and crew arrived a little before 8am and were done a little after 1pm. A recent customer said the workers who came to dig and install the window taped everything off with plastic, that the company also installed a drain and pump, and that the job was done in one day. A recent customer said Deshon, their rep, handled everything from the initial consultation to getting permits to the final installation of their egress window. A recent customer who priced several installers and contractors said the pricing was honest and fair in comparison. A 2026 customer whose house is in eastern Connecticut said the crew was early. A 2025 customer said Juan, the crew leader, laid down plastics and taped to protect the inside space, and named Glen as the owner. A 2025 customer redoing a dormer said a building inspector checked for two ways out of the basement and required an egress window, which the company installed in one day. A ctpublic.org article quotes companies like Egress Pros saying a code-compliant window improves safety and may boost home value. **Strengths:** - A one-day install — a recent customer said the job took one day - Permit handling — a recent customer's rep handled permits through installation - Dust protection — a recent customer said everything was taped off with plastic ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - The company says it has been in business 35 years _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://egresspros.com) — “Self-reported 35 years in business” - The company lists egress installation, basement walkouts, waterproofing and mason work among its services _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://egresspros.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): Services Egress Installation Basement Walkouts Basement Entry & Accessories Waterproofing Mini Well Service…” - A recent customer said the crew arrived a little before 8am and finished a little after 1pm _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25kZllqQnRRbXhxYzNOV1RVTjFZalZIUWtKSFQxRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xf9f429e43b77edeb!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOndfYjBtQmxqc3NWTUN1YjVHQkJHT1E%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ We had an incredible experience with Egress Pros.
