Elden Home Inspection is David Elden working alone out of 347 Old Bedford Rd in Concord — an LLC started in August 2016, one employee, A+ with the BBB and no complaints on file. Seventeen reviews from 2022 to 2026 describe the same inspector: unhurried, explains as he goes, and writes the kind of report buyers actually read. A June 2024 client counted 51 pages with red arrows drawn onto photos of every problem spot; a 2023 buyer got marked-up photos of everything needing attention; a July 2024 first-time buyer said he found multiple code violations in a new-construction house. Several reviewers came through their realtor, and one agent wrote in 2022 that he sticks to facts without editorialising. Two 1-star reviews sit against that.
