## The honest read

A lightning storm knocked out several outlets at one recent customer's home, and Daniel came out, walked them through what happened and gave advice on how to keep it from happening again. A recent customer said the tech reached out right away and got the issue fixed within a day. Electrical Power Pros CT holds 5 stars from 53 Google ratings, and its BBB page is an A+.

The company says it has been in business for 10 years and describes residential and commercial electrical, lighting, wiring, circuit and power work on its website. A 2023 customer wrote that EPP upgraded their electrical panel to 200 amps, installed lighting in the living room and replaced all of the outlets and switches. A 2024 customer said the requirements of a sub panel upgrade were worked through to gain space for more circuits. A 2023 customer said Dan installed a portable generator outlet and, at the end of the job, demonstrated and explained how the interlock worked.

A 2025 customer who was selling their house said Daniel came out to fix incorrect breakers in the panel and improperly wired outlets. A 2025 customer said Daniel identified and resolved a persistent lighting issue that other professionals had already tried to fix. A 2024 reviewer said their mother had outlets installed and multiple lights replaced in her old home, including a hallway that other electricians wouldn't touch. A 2024 customer said recessed lights were installed, a couple of other issues were fixed, and the price was much lower than a couple of other quotes they received.

A 2023 customer described Dan calling ahead when he was about 20 minutes away, and Dan and his apprentice putting protective booties on before entering the house. That 2023 customer also said drop cloths covered the floors and a shop-vac was used to clean up. A 2024 reviewer wrote that the company had worked with them on a bunch of solar installations. A 2026 customer with a rental property said Dan looked at the issue the same day to make sure the tenants were safe, then completed the required repair shortly after.
