## The honest read

Elidon Cleaning Services is a three-person Worcester crew run by Elijah Amanor, working out of 31 Fairhaven Road since the LLC was incorporated in 2019.

The menu runs across homes and workplaces alike: carpet and rug cleaning, tile and grout, windows, offices, estate cleanouts and post-construction cleanups. Massachusetts' Supplier Diversity Office lists Elidon, LLC as a certified Minority Business Enterprise, number 20200338, active and running to 2027, and the Better Business Bureau grades the company A+. The BBB profile also puts forward a 100%-dissatisfaction refund policy.

For a move-out scrub, a carpet refresh or a standing office clean, a three-person shop is the right scale. Ask what that refund policy actually covers, and settle scope, frequency and price in writing before the first visit.

**Strengths:**
- MBE certified — state registry lists the certification active
- Better Business Bureau — A+ grade on its Worcester profile
- Broad cleaning menu — carpet, tile and grout, windows, offices, post-construction
- Refund policy — BBB profile lists a 100% dissatisfaction refund
