## The honest read

Elite Gutter Care is a gutter company that says it first opened its doors in 2013. Its website lists a service area that includes Greenwich, Darien, Norwalk, Westport, New Canaan, Wilton and Danbury. On Google it holds 5 stars from 28 ratings.

A recent customer said gutters damaged over a rough winter needed replacing, and Elite completed the replacement in one day. A recent gutter-cleaning customer said the price was fair and that they arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after their work. A recent customer who asked several providers for estimates on cleaning, a fascia repair with a new downspout and a gutter guard installation said Elite was "the most transparent and competitive in their pricing."

A recent customer said they came out to walk the property before giving a quote, and that Walter offered to do some much-needed work on the spot that was outside the original scope. That customer also said that, early on, issues with the company's internal systems at first made them seem non-responsive, until a talk with Nadiia explained what had happened.

A 2025 customer said Walter came to fix a kitchen-roof gutter that leaked in the rain, said the gutter leader was blocked by dirt, cleaned the entire gutter and replaced the leader pipe. A 2025 reviewer wrote that after a storm damaged the old gutters, Elite installed new ones in one day with color matching. A 2025 customer praised Walter's crew for gutter cleaning in Fairfield.

Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0703153, as active.

**Strengths:**
- One-day replacement — a recent customer said winter-damaged gutters were replaced in a day
- On-time cleaning visit — a recent customer said they arrived on time and cleaned up
- In-person quote — a recent customer said they walked the property before quoting
- Leader pipe repair — a 2025 customer said Walter replaced a blocked leader pipe

**Concerns:**
- Early quote contact — a recent customer first thought them non-responsive
