## The honest read

Elite Heating and Cooling is a heating and cooling company whose website says it handles maintenance checks and emergency repairs on heating and cooling units.

A recent customer said Steve was recommended to them for a gas leak, came the same day and resolved the issue. A recent AC customer said technicians arrived on time and determined a course of action for their AC unit. A recent Google reviewer said they had been a customer since about 2010 and that Steve knows Navion, A/C and furnaces.

A 2024 customer said they called about a boiler on a Sunday morning, got a call back within 10 minutes, and Steve showed up and diagnosed the problem. A 2025 customer said Elite installed their heat pump three years earlier. A 2021 customer said they had used the company for multiple new HVAC installations as well as repairs and maintenance at a fair price.

Connecticut lists the company's S1 heating and cooling contractor licence, HTG.0403288-S1, as active.

**Strengths:**
- Same-day gas leak visit — a recent customer said Steve came that day
- Sunday boiler call — a 2024 customer got a call back within 10 minutes
