It names a service area that includes Bristol, Southington, Meriden, Cheshire and Wallingford. On Google it holds 5 stars from 119 ratings. The roof work is a good place to start. A recent customer said the company soft washed a roof that had built up moss and algae, at a price that customer called very reasonable. On another roof, Scott inspected the home and advised against cleaning until defective solar panels came off, then wrote an explanation the homeowner could hand to the solar company. On a recent power wash, the customer said Danny, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and pointed out areas that were unlikely to come fully clean because of the type of stain. A recent house, fence and shed job ended with Scott adjusting his schedule so the customer could be home to see the finished product. On a recent Govee permanent lighting install, the customer said they ran into tricky electric lines on one side of the house, paused, and came back the very next day with the proper machinery. A recent customer who had Govee lights installed described Scott as the owner. In 2026, a customer said they came out after each storm for snow removal, using snow blowers and shovels instead of plows. A 2024 customer with faded, oxidized vinyl siding said Scott, the owner, bought a sample of an environmentally friendly cleaning product and tested it on a small section of siding for approval before taking the job. A 2024 customer said their well pump died before Scott could finish, and he returned the next day to complete the work without taking more money. Homes on a well should know about the water: a 2025 customer said Scott agreed to bring water and that there is a fee for doing so. A recent reviewer objected to the chemicals the company uses, calling them hazardous to humans and plants. Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0703661, as active. **Strengths:** - Roof soft washing — a recent customer's mossy roof soft washed at a reasonable price - Honest roof advice — Scott advised waiting until solar panels came off - Govee lighting installs — came back next day with proper machinery for tricky lines - No added charge — a 2024 customer said Scott finished next day for no more **Concerns:** - Cleaning chemicals — a recent reviewer called them hazardous to humans and plants - Well water fee — a 2025 customer said bringing water costs extra ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Its website lists house washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, Govee permanent lighting, and hauling and junk removal _(confidence: high)_ - [Official Website](https://www.elitehousewash.com) — “About (self-reported, verbatim): ServicesHouse WashHoliday LightingGovee Permanent LightingGutter CleaningRoof WashAerial Photography & Insp…” - Lists a service area including Bristol, Southington, Meriden, Cheshire and Wallingford _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](https://www.elitehousewash.com) — “Stated service area (self-reported): Bristol, Burlington, Southington, Farmington, Plainville, New Britain, Newington, Wethersfield, Rocky H…” - 5 stars from 119 Google ratings _(confidence: high)_ - [Google](https://www.google.com/maps/search/?api=1&query=Elite%20House%20Wash%20LLC&query_place_id=ChIJGSILR_RExQIRqojyqq9DBoU) — “Google: 5★ from 119 ratings” - Better Business Bureau grade of A+ _(confidence: high)_ - [Better Business Bureau](https://www.bbb.org/us/ct/bristol/profile/pressure-washing/elite-house-wash-llc-0111-110089199) — “Better Business Bureau grade: A+” - A recent customer said the company soft washed a roof with moss and algae at a very reasonable price _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT25oRk1XOXFja1ZTU0dKNlRHVTJNV2RMUzFkbE9HYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x850643afaaf288aa!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOnhFMW9qckVSSGJ6TGU2MWdLS1dlOGc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Elite did an outstanding job on soft washing our roof which had an accumulation of moss and algae on it.
