Elmo came out and fixed the existing one instead, and that customer named Elmo and Pam as the people to call. A customer whose pool liner had broken said Elmo and his wife came out, looked at it and said it needed a new, newer-style liner. After a tree fell on a customer's pool over the winter, that customer said Elmo got a better quality pool at a better price, showed up when he said he would, and the installation came out well. A 2026 customer called the business local, affordable and dependable. The company's website lists its service area as Tolland, Windham, Hartford, Middlesex, Litchfield and New Haven. **Strengths:** - An existing pool saved — a customer said Elmo fixed it instead of replacing it - A replacement pool — a customer said it was better quality at a better price - On-time arrival — a customer said he showed up when he said ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A customer said Elmo fixed an existing pool after other companies said it needed replacing _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2tWR1N6TllkbTlOYzNoS1lsbHpYemszU1ZGNFRIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0x53e409e69fc62b8d!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOkVGSzNYdm9Nc3hKYllzXzk3SVF4THc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Multiple pool facilities companies told me that I needed a new pool!
