That 2023 customer said Kyle and a team of 2 others removed the old unit, installed the new one, set up a new Nest thermostat and walked the customer through how to run the system. The same 2023 customer said Kyle offered a 2 year warranty on labor, came in under other estimates, and helped fill out the paperwork for a refund from EnergizeCT that saved $3000. In that 2023 review, Kyle also called back about a thermostat question and sent a video showing what to do. The company's website lists plumbing work from water heater service and replacement to pipe leak repair, sump pumps and whole-home repiping, and names a service area that includes Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Cheshire, Danbury and Hamden. On Google it holds 5 stars from 11 ratings. A 2023 customer said Kyle worked on the family's furnace, A/C and plumbing multiple times, within budget and on time. A 2023 customer said the company was called out once for a water heater and once for a zone valve on a boiler, and was fast both times. A 2023 customer said Kyle came to work on leaking pipes. A 2023 customer said Kyle had been the go-to for plumbing since they bought their house in 2020, and laid out what each job would entail and the options to proceed with. **Strengths:** - One-day heat pump swap — a 2023 customer said removal and install took one day - Rebate paperwork help — a 2023 customer said Kyle helped with EnergizeCT refund paperwork - Fast water heater call — a 2023 customer said the company was fast - On-budget work — a 2023 customer said Kyle worked within budget and on time ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - A 2023 customer said the old AC unit was removed and a new heat pump installed in a single day _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChdDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSUNaMnVpSXVnRRAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xb03ceae569cf8b96!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgICZ2uiIugE%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ Eminent Mechanical replaced my dated AC unit with a new efficient Heat Pump.
