## The honest read

Emmanuel's Kitchen And Bath builds its pitch around kitchen cabinetry, and its stated service area covers Greenwich, Darien, Westport, New Canaan, Wilton, Weston, Easton and Fairfield. The company says it has been in business for 12 years.

A recent customer says the company redid their kitchen and the house feels completely transformed, though communication around updates and the timeline could have been better on what they called a complex project. A 2025 customer said Victor and Monica came recommended by their general contractor, offered design and materials options within their budget, and installed the cabinets and countertops on schedule. A 2025 reviewer said the job site was left clean every day during their bathroom and kitchen remodels. A 2024 customer wrote that Victor and his team did a complete remodel of their guest bathroom and finished on time and on budget. A 2024 customer said the company did their kitchen and then came back to do some bathrooms.

A 2023 customer described a kitchen install that started in March and still was not finished in September, three months past the June install date in the contract, with an island countertop delivered too small. In a 2023 update, that customer wrote that a Kohler faucet ordered through Victor for close to $1,000 turned out to be a broken look-alike delivered in a Kohler box.

**Strengths:**
- A clean job site — a 2025 reviewer said it was left clean daily
- Guest bath on budget — a 2024 customer said the remodel finished on time
- Design within budget — a 2025 customer got options matching their style

**Concerns:**
- A long kitchen delay — a 2023 customer was three months past the contract date
- Undersized island countertop — a 2023 customer said it was delivered too small
- Update communication — a recent customer says it could have been better
