A recent customer needed a new mailbox post and did not have to be home for the install. A recent customer describes Bill and AJ digging up a battered mailbox and ruined post, taking the broken pieces away and leaving the area spotless in less than an hour. A recent shed buyer says the installation went well with no problems.

On fencing, a 2025 customer said Nick and the Empire team installed wood fencing, a gate and deer fencing and kept a clean site. A 2024 customer said the crew replaced an old fence on hilly terrain with a new cedar board fence. A 2024 reviewer wrote that Nick and the team customized fence installations around rocks and slope and came back years after installation to adjust the fence at no extra charge. A 2023 customer said Empire repaired deer fencing after a tree fell on it during a storm.
