Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence, 195484, is active on the state registry. A 2024 article on hopkintonindependent.com named stonework pool features, walkways and patios for entertaining as specialties of Enjoy Homes. In a 2026 Google review, Wagner and his team did a kitchen remodel; the writer said he was professional, reliable and paid great attention to every detail, and that the kitchen turned out beautiful. An interior designer in the Metrowest area wrote in 2026 of working with Wagner for years, and said he can handle a wide range of work from tiling to cabinetry to electrical and plumbing. A 2026 review of a home remodel with Wagner and the team at Enjoy Homes says he kept them informed throughout the process and listened to their ideas. Another 2026 review of a remodel called Wagner attentive, communicative and patient, and said he made sure everything was done the right way. In 2025, Wagner stepped in on a large two tier deck that needed redoing to accommodate an updated above ground pool, after the original contractors the reviewer spoke to stopped responding to calls. That 2025 review says he provided the lower cost solution originally asked for and also recommended a more expensive full refinish of the deck, which transformed the deck space; his team worked on it for the week it took to complete the job. A 2021 review says Enjoy Homes Construction built the writer's 3,000 SF new home according to plans, and that as a design and build firm it expedited the approval and construction process without delaying the schedule. In another 2021 review, Wagner emailed an estimate for a spring cleanup and grass restoration the day after meeting, and his crew did the job as asked; that writer said the grass was growing and that they went on to do the maintenance as well. **Strengths:** - Kitchen remodels — great attention to detail on a 2026 kitchen remodel - Wide trade range — tiling to cabinetry to electrical and plumbing, per a designer - Deck refinishing — two tier deck redone around a pool in 2025 - Remodel communication — informed throughout the process, per a 2026 review ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts home improvement contractor licence 195484 is active on the state registry _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://contractorhub.mass.gov/s/hic-contractor-search) — “MA hic license 195484 registry-verified active — registry holder of record: Enjoy Homes Inc” - Self-reported 10 years in business _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.enjoyhomesinc.com) — “Self-reported 10 years in business” - Named in a 2024 article for stonework pool features, walkways and patios _(confidence: medium)_ - [hopkintonindependent.com](https://hopkintonindependent.com/business-profile-enjoy-homes-transforms-backyards-into-outdoor-living-spaces/) — “hopkintonindependent.com — Stonework pool features, walkways and patios for entertaining are specialties of Enjoy Homes.” - Completed a kitchen remodel in 2026 with great attention to every detail _(confidence: high)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sCi9DQUlRQUNvZENodHljRjlvT2pSTFZuUjRhemx5Y0hSYWRGUkJabGM0UmtsRGVIYxAB!2m1!1s0x0:0xd8d8a4194eac7c1!3m1!1s2@1:CAIQACodChtycF9oOjRLVnR4azlycHRadFRBZlc4RklDeHc%7C%7C?hl=en-US) — “5★ I’m very happy with the work Wagner and his team did on my kitchen remodel.
