Jeff Lynch took over ownership in 1986, and Kevin Lynch now serves as president. Its Massachusetts HVAC license (No. 129-SM-B) is active on the state registry. A 2022 review praised the company's customer service, though the same customer suggested it post a list of available equipment and pricing. A long-standing mechanical shop worth considering for design-build HVAC or plumbing work — the one review here dates to 2022, so it's worth asking for a few current project references before signing a contract. **Strengths:** - Long track record — company says it has operated since 1959 - Verified license — Massachusetts HVAC license active on the state registry - Positive service — 2022 review praised customer service **Concerns:** - Thin review history — the only review here is from 2022 - Pricing transparency — 2022 review suggested posting equipment and price lists ## Claims & citations Every claim below is backed by real evidence rows — uncited claims are dropped in code before publication. - Massachusetts HVAC license 129-SM-B is active on the state registry, held by Enterprise Equipment Co Inc _(confidence: high)_ - [State License Registry](https://occupationallicensingandpermitting.mass.gov/madol/s/license-search-page) — “MA hvac license 129-SM-B registry-verified active — registry holder of record: Enterprise Equipment Co Inc” - Describes itself as a Weymouth-based independent mechanical contractor providing mechanical and plumbing design/build and general construction services _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.enterpriseequip.com) — “Enterprise Equipment is a Weymouth-based independent mechanical contractor providing mechanical and plumbing design/build and general constr…” - Says it was incorporated in 1959, with Jeff Lynch assuming ownership in 1986 and Kevin Lynch now serving as president _(confidence: medium)_ - [Official Website](http://www.enterpriseequip.com) — “Company history (self-reported): Enterprise Equipment says it was incorporated in 1959.” - [Official Website](http://www.enterpriseequip.com) — “Ownership (self-reported): Jeff Lynch assumed ownership in 1986; Kevin Lynch is president.” - A 2022 review praised the company's customer service _(confidence: medium)_ - [Google Reviews](https://www.google.com/maps/reviews/data=!4m8!14m7!1m6!2m5!1sChZDSUhNMG9nS0VJQ0FnSURPeW9UMWVBEAE!2m1!1s0x0:0x5ca8c334c3eef188!3m1!1s2@1:CIHM0ogKEICAgIDOyoT1eA%7C%7C?hl=en-GB) — “4★ Great customer service!
